This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of the ZMA Laser Solutions website and ZMA Quote Studio (together, the “Services”).
Contact ZMA
Information ZMA receives
The main website does not include a contact form or store general-inquiry messages. Visitors may contact ZMA directly by email. Those communications contain the information the visitor chooses to provide.
Quote Studio may collect your name, email address, optional company and phone information, product or project details, quantity, dimensions, needed-by date, reference or purchase-order number, and submitted artwork or reference files.
Website and platform providers—including hosting, email, file storage, and Quote Studio infrastructure—may also process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, and request logs, to provide, maintain, and secure their services. Their handling of this information may also be governed by their own privacy terms.
ZMA does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes and does not use it for any purpose other than those described in this policy.

Quotes, artwork, and retention
Quote Studio records—including project details, correspondence, and submitted artwork or reference files—are retained for 12 months after receipt, then deleted or de-identified from Quote Studio unless continued retention is reasonably necessary for an active order, a customer request, or a legal or recordkeeping obligation. ZMA deletes these records from systems it controls after 12 months. Service providers may retain temporary backup copies according to their documented retention practices.
Invoices, payment confirmations, and accounting records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
ZMA does not claim ownership of submitted artwork. The person submitting artwork is responsible for having permission to reproduce it. ZMA will not use submitted artwork for marketing or portfolio purposes without separate permission.
Service providers and payments
ZMA may use service providers for website hosting, Quote Studio, email, file storage, and payment processing. These providers may process information as needed to provide, maintain, and secure their services. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy terms.
Square processes payment-card information for online payments, when offered. ZMA does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers but may receive transaction details and payment confirmations needed for order and accounting records. Square’s handling of your payment information is governed by Square’s own privacy policy. ZMA does not use Shopify checkout or customer accounts on this website.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
ZMA has not enabled an analytics or advertising service on this website. This policy will be updated, and this section revised accordingly, before ZMA enables any such service.
Hosting and security providers may use essential technologies or technical logs to operate and protect their services.
Your choices and rights
You may ask ZMA to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information and artwork associated with you by emailing zmalaser@gmail.com.
These choices are available to any visitor or customer, regardless of location.
To protect your information, ZMA will verify your request—typically by confirming the request comes from the email address or phone number already on file for you—before acting on it. ZMA may retain information when reasonably necessary to complete an order or satisfy a legal, accounting, or recordkeeping obligation and will let you know if a request cannot be fully honored for that reason.
Security
ZMA uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information it handles.
No website, email system, file-transfer method, or storage service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, ZMA will notify affected individuals and any required regulators as required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
The website and Quote Studio are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. ZMA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If ZMA learns that it received such information, it will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Policy changes
ZMA may update this policy when its services or information practices change. The published policy will display its effective date. Material changes will apply from the updated effective date; where required by law, ZMA will provide additional notice of material changes.
