What artwork formats do you accept?
JPG, PNG, WEBP, SVG, TIFF, BMP, or PDF, up to 5 files at 20 MB each.
Do you offer leather patch hats?
Yes. Custom leather patch hats are one of ZMA Laser Solutions’ most popular offerings, and more than 115 Richardson 112 color combinations are available by request or special order. Current inventory, pricing, turnaround, patch material, backing, and minimum quantity are confirmed for each project.
Can I bring my own item?
Yes. ZMA can custom laser engrave customer-supplied items with a logo, name, or design. Pricing depends on size, complexity, material, and quantity, so each project receives a custom quote.
How long is my quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. If a quote expires, contact ZMA to confirm current product availability, pricing, and timing.
What is not confirmed yet?
A formal minimum-order policy, turnaround time, rush availability, local pickup, shipping, deposit requirements, artwork-approval mechanism, reorder program, and business-account terms are not currently confirmed. Contact ZMA for current project-specific information.
